2011 Keystone Springdale 280, We are selling our 31' Keystone Springdale 280 fifth wheel. The camper weighs 7200 pounds empty. This is a 1/2 ton pull-able camper. The camper is in excellent condition everything works. Features are 1-slide, Queen size bed, pull out couch air mattress bed, U shaped dinette bed, 32" HDTV, Jensen DVD AM-FM CD player with surround sound, 16' Awning, 15000 BTU A/C, rear kitchen, 60 gallon fresh water tank, 34 Gallon waste tank, 64 gallon grey water tank, galley has a grey water tank also but don't know the size, electric landing legs, rear scissor jack stabilizers. We have added a tankless water heater to the unit for those long showers. The unit is coming complete ready to go. Additional items 50' RV water hose, 2- 10' waste hoses, 4- additional leveling stands, add on towing mirrors, barker 42 gallon waste tank for sites that do not have sewer hook ups. 3 yrs left on transferable platinum warranty ($100 deductible is all you pay for repairs with this warranty). We have not had to use it in 2 yrs that we have owned it. We are also giving the fifth wheel hitch with it (Pull-rite Super Glide auto slide hitch) for 5'7" beds. These hitches go for $1800 alone. I pull this camper with my 2010 Ram 1500 Crew Cab w/5.7lt. I can travel at 70 easily. The price is the same with or without the hitch. This the actual amount we owe. We bought the RV to visit with our sister in OK who doesn't have room for us in their house. It was only used 5-7 times in the last 2 years. They are moving to Florida where we won't need it, my wife doesn't like camping so we are selling it for what we owe on it.
