This trailer is in excellent condition.It was lightly used,and in working order.No tears,or stains.the carpet is clean,and stain free.It has a dinning room slideout ,and a queen bed.Built in microwave,as well as gas range,and gas oven.The tires are 1year old,with new spare.It has a bay window above the sofa ,which expands to a bed.Shower,tub combo,some yellowing in tub due to sun from sky lite.Seperate sink,medicine cabinet,from bath.Pantry storage for hanging on both sides of bed as well as second closet.Hot water heater,air conditioner,heater,black,and grey water monitor.There are a few blinds that need replacing.Two door deadbolt entry.one in bed room,living room.Ladder access to roof.You really must see to appreciate ,under bed storage,with lots of other cabinet storage.
