32'11" total length, 11" high, and 8' wide. Capacities: Fresh water -- 50 gl; Grey water -- 28 gl; Black water -- 28 gl; (2) 20 lb LPG tanks; Water Heater 6 gl This travel trailer can sleep's 9. There is a queen bed up front, a sleeper sofa, dinette makes into a bed, and bunk beds in the read with a full on the bottom and twin on top, with privacy doors for front and rear rooms. Unit has full kitchen. Four burner gas range, and gas oven, double sink, and fridge capable of running off electrical or gas. Hot water heater will operate on gas or elec as well. Bathroom has all standard equipment, with an added extended shower rod for more elbow room. HVAC system functions extremely well. Heat uses Propane and has floor vents throughout. A/C uses vents in the ceiling; both operate on a thermostat. . .very efficient! Unit is set up for freshwater hookup as well as separate tank and pump when h/u is not available. Wired for Cable and antennae. TV/DVD Combo and VCR included, as well as AM/FM radio with CD player with speakers throughout. Storage in every nook possible, and storage galore on the outside. Full length awning, outside shower, and electrical outlet complete the exterior. Some extra's we used with come with it as well. (4) chairs and a 12ft x 18ft reversible outdoor mat to keep your area clean. All nessesary towing equipment will come with it as well, to include: weight distribution hitch with balls, double anti-sway bars, chain, and power cable (7 pin). All you will need is an electric break box for your vehicles cab. We will also include all the hook-ups. (2) fresh water hoses; one of which is heated!, and the complete sewer hoses and hose support (campco sidewinder). Leveling blocks, chocks, and anything else needed to put it on site will be included. The power tongue jack is currently not working. I've been told it's a wiring issue, but have not spent the time to investigate. There is a cosmetic dent on the slider side, but has not effect on the trailer or its function. The tank sensors can be inaccurate, which I've been told happens to most trailers.
