The RV is in very good condition, well kept, and everything works as it should. Did not see any noticeable flaws on the exterior nor interior that were not normal wear and tear. The tires were purchased recently (DOT 4318). They have great tread. The awning does have a section missing a small layer just a few inches squared (see photos).
