This is a beautiful unit with large areas for kids. We have 3 boys and this layout and bunkhouse are amazing. The outdoor kitchen is multifunctional with sink and burners. There is tons of storage for extras. Unit includes 2 tvs, one in living/master and one in bunkhouse area. Unit is in excellent condition and needs no work at all. Only used 3-4 times per year for weekend trips.
