Radius Fiberglass shower Washer, dryer hook up. Electric fireplace. 17 foot electric awning w/ factory hardcover. 13.5 BTU air conditioner in bedroom. 13.5 BTU air conditioner in main living area. Automatic vent fans w/rain sensors in bathroom and living room. 2 entry doors. Auto 6 point hydraulic leveling. Mor Ryde hitch pin. 2 12 volt deep cycle Batteries. Outdoor flood lights and porch light. We bought this RV after a home fire. 2 adult non smokers, no pets and no kids! The shower we didn't use because there was one available to us in the house. We stored the king mattress and used a queen. The larger bedroom gave us space for a storage bench at foot of bed and the larger bathroom with an entry door was a plus. Loved being able to watch TV from the kitchen area. We never used the awning or outside entertainment center. We can honestly say living for a long stay is very comfortable in this RV!
