2008 Keystone Cooper Canyon fifth wheel. Great indoor condition. Like new carpets. Tires were replaced last summer and wheel bearings had regular maintenance. All appliances, AC/furnace, plug in connections and converter in good condition. Front power jacks work. 2 on board propane tanks for the stove and oven and can be used to cool the refrigerator and freezer. Camper has a 240 volt connection with a 120 volt adapter on the back. On board batteries provide enough power to run the AC, TV, multiple lights and water pump at the same time. You can extend the slide out which gives it much more room inside and provides plenty of seating for 8+ people. You can push the table down to create a bed, as well as fold out the couch. Don't forget the queen sized mattress though in the bedroom! It has fresh, grey and waste water tanks to provide enough for days of moderate use. They provide for the sink in the kitchen, bedroom/bathroom, the toilet, and indoor shower. If you don't like showering in a cramped space though the camper has a connection for an outside shower (we never got a shower faucet for the outside though). The hot water heater provides enough hot water for a single shower, or enough to do dishes for a large group of people. Ample storage will provide you with enough room to store anything needed for an extended period of time. It is equipped with a ball hitch on the back and we regularly hauled a single axle trailer with a 4 wheeler on that! We loved this 5th wheeler and took excellent care of it. The only thing that is broken is the sink faucet which shouldn't be too hard to repair. This 5th wheel will also come with the hitch mount that goes in the back of a truck, which has all the necessary connections for brakes and lights. It also has the emergency pull cable so it does come out of the hitch (has NEVER happened to us, but weird things happen) it will automatically apply the brakes to stop the 5th wheel as soon as possible. We hope you take a look and shoot us a message if you have any questions! Thanks and have a great day!
