Perfect camper for a couple! Updated floating laminate flooring in main living space. 32" flat screen TV in living area & 22" flat screen in bedroom. Two bathroom sinks (his & hers). Dining table with two stools. Full aluminum frame with no seperation in fiberglass.Space open where pull-out sofa used to be to customize your living area.Does not come with mattress. Feel free to add your preferred choice of queen size mattress.Tattered awning fabric has been removed. You can choose to replace it, or just bring along a pop-up canopy and have shade wherever you want!Refrigerator only works on propane (electric heating element has burned out).Hot water only runs off electric.We are simply looking to let someone else enjoy the 5th wheel as we do not use it anymore. We're not looking to make a buck. The bank holds the title (in CA) which will be about a two-week turnaround to receive after pay-off. Bill of Sale, signed contract, or whatever you would like can be written up with purchase.
