This is a very clean unit; we purchased it new and we are non-smokers and not pet owners. This is the 331RLS model. Would let the Equalizer weight distribution; anti-sway hitch go with the unit. This unit has 3 slides so you have plenty of room. This trailer does not have bunks but with the fold out sofa and this dinette bed you can sleep 6.
