The 2014 RAPTOR 27FS appears to be in good condition for the year.
Did notice a scrape to the patio side rear of the RV.
New tires in 2022 and hubs repacked. There are tire covers that go with the RV too!
The owner also resealed all the roof vents in 2022.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a double bowl sink. Microwave, stove, and refrigerator/freezer. There is nice cabinet storage for all your meal prep items.
Forward is the bedroom with a queen bed, storage above, and wardrobe storage to the side.
The full bath with a tub/shower, toilet, sink, vanity, and linen closet storage is between the kitchen and garage area.
The garage area includes a power drop-down bed. A second bed could be added for more sleeping space if needed. The garage is 9 feet long with numerous tie-down points. Roll-down screens provide airflow while keeping the bugs out. There is also a 30-gallon fuel tank for the toys.
