2005 Springdale 26.7--(Rear Living room)--Keystone travel trailer. Trailer has 1 slide out. Two entrance doors, 1for rear and 1 for bed room. Trailer has two batteries, with a selector switch for #1 or #2 or both. Trailer has normal 120 v power cord at rear and an additional 120v power cord up front for generator, with a 120v transfer switch for protection. Trailer comes with a Distribution hitch and sway bar setup, this will include adjustable ball for 2" vehicle receiver on tow vehicle. Trailer has a lot of storage with a rear living room, which gives it open feeling with the slide out. Refrigerator, hot water heater, central heat and AC all work as new. 2-55 pound enclosed propane tanks. Tires were new last summer which includes spare. Wheel bearings where all replaced this year just as a precaution and not a failure or break down. Awing in good condition. Trailer is in very good and clean condition.
