KING Bed in master.Stainless steel residential fridge and microwave. 50 inch led HDTV/dvd/surround sound with dual leather recliners couch.Built in central vac system.Electric awning.We had this coach built from the factory and waited 8 months to be built by keystone to include EVERY possible option including the complete luxury package.Then we added all available additional add ons which were Double pane thermal window package$2100.00,2nd ac unit in master 13.5 btu, and completely enclosed heated underbelly and heated tanks.Once the coach arrived at our house from the factory we added the splendide stainless steel washer dryer combo in master bedroom we are including in the sale which cost $1200.00.We also had a plumber install a reverse osmosis water purification system underneath kitchen sink with stainless glass filler faucet which cost $795 included.Replaced all bulbs throughout coach with led bulbs.This rv is extremely clean and has not been lived in,has had no pets or smoking.. We used it very little for the short time we have had it and loved it very much but our circumstances have changed.I also have many other misc accesories that will be included in sale extra jack stands hoses electrical protection devices and adapters.I also have a blue ox heavy duty weight distrubution/anti sway hitch system that could be possibly be included in the deal.This is a gorgeous coach that offers real square footage and functional appliances that can be used for vacations/extended stays/full time rv living/park model/destination trailer.This is an incredible amount of savings on a very unique unit with many many extras that you will appreciate having. When comparing to other keystone retreat models please keep in mind, most will not have the double pane windows and fully enclosed underbelly thermal package and second air conditoner that we had added.
