This RV has "Empty Nester" friendly modifications because not everyone needs an RV that sleeps 8 or 10 people but would still like the space; the BHS now has bunk sleeping for 2 after trundle bed was removed making the room larger to accommodate a TV, dressing or craft room (or can easily be converted to an additional adult bedroom.) In living room, an adjustable mount was added for the new flat screen TV and 2 rocker recliners replaced the love seat (sofa bed) (floor decking under living room slide replaced in 2015) The dining U shape seating is now L shape with a movable glass top table allowing more seating and walking space inside plus the convenience of an extra table for outside entertaining. The kitchen has a slightly L shaped corner working area with a double sink, a 3 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, mid size frig and pantry. The bathroom has Tub/Shower, sink, medicine cabinet, porcelain toilet and a private bath entrance. Front bedroom has sliding doors to separate it from the rest of the living area. A transferable warranty available (not transferable to dealers) to cover electrical, furnace, air conditioning and appliances (coverage good thru July 2018) RV has been smoke and pet free and is currently set up on a seasonal lot in Grass Lake, MI. (lot rent not included in price). All original items (trundle, mattresses, loveseat, table, bench, curtains) that were removed during modifications will be returned at time of sale but not installed. Bonuses to standard RV items include the "lend a hand" rail at front door, stove topper, 20 foot EZ coupler sewer kit, city water hose, 50/30 amp adapter, tire covers, electric front jack, stabilizer and sway bars. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage.
