According to the seller, the RV is in good working condition. Did not notice any outside damage or on the roof. The interior looks in good condition, but some of the recliners (see pictures) had fading and cracking. The appliances looked in good condition. We bought this trailer brand new from Crestview for $28,000. We have used the trailer about 10 times total. We have added a TV/DVD to rear bedroom, and 42' tv in master bedroom. We have never used the outdoor kitchen or outdoor shower. This trailer is in great shape. We just do not have the time to use it, our loss is your gain. You get more for your money with a Springdale. With Springdale you don't have to spend a fortune to have all the conveniences that you want. The 303BHSSR is a family friendly 2 Slide Bunkhouse Travel Trailer. It features a Rear Bunk Room with 2 large Double Bunks in the Bunk Slideout and across from that is a neat Entertainment Center with Bunk Above. The Kids will surely love their private room to play in. The Master Bedroom is to the Front of the unit allowing the adults some peace and quiet. It provides an Island Queen Bed, Night Stands, Closets, and a TV that pivots so it can be watched in the Bedroom.
