Very clean. No stains, no smells. Nonsmokers. Like New. Used 3 times. New Good Year Tires. (2) Slides (with slide toppers (protect the slide tops)), (1) for large living area & other for Master Bedroom, Bed came with Queen Size but have full house size King available in it now. House style door handles with locks in bathroom & Master Bedroom instead of the original non locking ones. Originally stock couch and replaced it with an available slightly longer/wider folding leather couch. Including (8) Stabilizers (for use during parked, (1) thumb screw each to tighten, very quick). Dual bunks in the front bedroom with additional play table, (2) TV’s, inside/outside radio. The bathroom features an outside entrance to keep the dirt tracked through the camper at a minimum. Table & Chairs Kitchen Table. (3 max air vents to keep vents open while raining. Power Awning. Ladder added to rear to get on roof. Outdoor shower. Dual Gas/Electric water heater.
