The trailer is a 3725rl. There is not many of these around and some dealers say it's not real, but it is a 3725rl. It is 40' in length, two axles, 3 slides. Two slides in the living area, one slide in the bedroom. The unit comes with the typical two tv's and two air conditioners. This unit has a large amount of storage. There is a floor to ceiling pantry aprox 4' wide. A coat closet and storage along the hallway to the bedroom that is also plumbed for washer / dryer. Storage cabinets just inside the bedroom, full width closet in the nose of the trailer and a vanity with drawers and other storage as well. There is an automatic winegard sattelite dish mounted on the roof and a 5KW Onan generator plumbed into the trailer propane system that has a remote start inside the unit. The dish and generator were both dealer installed. There is less than 15,000 miles on the trailer. Tires are 1.5 years old and in good condition. The trailer is currently setup on two leased lots in a seculded adult RV park in Deming NM. The trailer can of course be moved from the location or the buyer can speak to the park owner about assuming the lease. The park is adjacent to thousands of acres of BLM ground which gives you immediate access to hiking and ATV riding. There is also a large carport and a 12'x16' wired, insulated and sheetrocked workshop on the lots which could be negotiated for. A package price would be worth checking into.
