This well maintained fifth-wheel camper is stored at Grand Lake near Ketchum Oklahoma on private land. This camper is in excellent like-new condition. Non-smoking family owned. The den in the rear of the camper sleeps 6 with two sofa/queen beds and two twin size bunk beds. The back wall of the den has cabinets/closets and a TV/DVD player. The main living area has a ceiling fan, a sofa/queen bed, a 32" TV with DVD/Stereo/MP3 system with indoor/outdoor speakers, and several storage cabinets. The kitchen area has a solid marble-like counter top and bench-style seating for four and a table that also converts to a small bed. A half bathroom with two-door access to is next to the den and kitchen area. The front master bedroom has a queen bed. A 19" TV, a huge closet and separate wardrobe with washer/dryer connections. A stand-up shower, a sink with lighted vanity, and a private toilet room are next to the master bedroom. Exterior features include an electric powered push-button awning, four slide-outs, outdoor shower, and a propane powered cook stove. A large storage compartment that extends across the width of the camper has access doors on both exterior sidewalls and a TV cable connection with an electrical outlet inside. There is also another smaller storage compartment under the front end of the camper. The ladder on the rear of the camper provides roof access. There are two air-conditioning units, one is located in the main living area and is vented into the rear den, and the other is in the front master bedroom.
