This unit has always been stored in a Morton pole building.  It truley is like brand new.  Very low usage.  It has a great layout, and timeless color/decor package.  The master Bedroom bed is a large and comfortable walkaround (meaning both sides are easy to get in and out of). There are two dressers.  The two slides make it very spacious and there is a flat screen T.V.   The masterbath is set up for a washer/dryer, but never had one. The shower is roomy in size for a large adult, with a wand. Also, there is a full cedar closet. Down the stairs, to the right is a half bath with plenty of room for an adult,with an attractive glass bowl sink.  Entering the unit, there is a Kitchen island with a sink that covers up, and has two bar stools that make it a nice eating area or hangout. The Refrigirator is a large side by side (freezer,fridg.) with alot of room for groceries.  The dinette seats four, and is great for cards.  The Leather couch pulls out into a bed, that was never used (but nice option). There are two comfortable Leather reclining chairs, and an ottoman that has a top that flips over for drinks.  There is a beautiful Entertainment wall with Large Screen T.V and surround sound , DVD,CD player.  Underneath there is a remote control fireplace that adds a nice ambience at night.  Also, the ceiling height is tall enough to accommodate a fan.  When both slides are out in the Living room/ Kithchen, it's nicer than a lot of apartments. There is a cental vacuum and a microwave oven for added convenience. There are two air conditioners roof mounted, one in Bedroom and one in Living area.   Plenty of additional storage space throughout the unit, and miscelaneous bought items that can be included with purchase.  (extra long power cord/adaptors, storage bins, outdoor carpet and chairs, etc.)  Outside Decals and Finish are Brilliant, because of always being stored inside! The unit is very easy to pull, and has an automatic Hydraulic Jack system that makes set up a Breeze.
