This is an advance notice that this trailer will be available for sale Sept 12I Bought this trailer when it was just a couple years old and now enjoyed it many years and have bought a different trailer there some dings and scratches but every I'mthing works. Registration weight is about 8100 pounds you need a ¾ ton truck and a weight distribution hitch to pull this trailer.Refrigerator and the Hot water heater runs on gas or electricA spare tire included Queen bed slide out with storage underneathDinette makes into bed Fold down (Jack-knife) couch makes into bedTwo chairsLots of storage space inside pass thru storage in the front and outside storage under the bed slide Huge closet across front of trailerIncludes big lcd tv in living room and smaller lcd tv in bedroom.Electric tongue jackLots of windows. With day night shades (one needs repair / replacement) 30 amp electrical service.Will include a 30 amp extension cord and a 30 to 50 amp adapter The items have been replaced since I got the trailer include a couple years ago include a new Awning new Tires (upgraded to Maxxis brabd load range E) & new Brakes (upgraded for better stopping.
