This is a luxury one of a kind fifth wheel......I looked for months at different fifth wheels and the 2013 year models are made much better than the new one.The material used is finer and better quality.This is a four season fifth wheel meaning it is fully insulated in the interior as well as down where all the anks and equipment is.You could camp or live in this all year long.Mrsp value of it was rated at a camping world near my home at $44,000 to $48,000.The kitch has all brand new stainless steel applainces as well as two different granite top counters.The refrigerator is large and has a large area for frozen food as well.In the living room there is a new leather couch and two new lazy boy chair.There is carpet and wood flooring without the whole interior.A fireplace is in the living room area and a lerge 42 inch hd tv with a antenna that gets 62 stations.There is surround sound thru the camper.THere is beautiful wood trim accented the walls and very fine lights and fixtures.There are cabinets for plenty of storage and a pantry in the kitchen area as well.You feel like you are in aluxury sweet when in the unit.The windows have beautiful blinds and plenty of windows to look out.Up the stairs from this living area is a bathroom with a sky light and nice arrangement.There are 2 door into the bathroom either from the hallway or the bedroom.The bedroom can accomodate either a king or queen bed.The is a queen mattress there now that is really comfortable with a thick layer of memory foam.There is also a tv in the bedroom and a large closet and planty of draws for clothing.There is also a closet to put a washer dryer setup if you like.Thru out the camper is central vacuum syster to attach the hoses to to vacuum.The entry door can either be set up with numbers or use a key.In the panel by the front door are many switches to turn lites on and upon entry the are lites that go on when the front door is open.There are four slideouts with covers over them to protect the camper.It has really been sealed well.I believe the total space is around 500 square feet like a complete apartment.You could live in this camper or use it recreational.There is a ton of storage space under neath it with locks and key to protect your valuables.The tires are almost brand new and the whole fifth wheel is really balanced with a leveling system when setting it up.Why spend $80,000 on a new fifth wheel that is made inferior to one half the price and better made.I also have a 2003 GMC 4 wheel drive pick up for sale 2500 sierra model with a 20,000 lb hitch for sale with this for $9,800.00.It runs great with new stero and extras.You can reach me at 828-273-2377 or text me at this number.I live in Asheville,NC 28806.If you are serious about buying a great vehicle get in touch with me thanks Michael

2010 Keystone Springdale 28' travel trailer. It's been lovingly maintained and we've done a number of upgrades on it for the next owners.
