We are selling our 2012 Keystone Sydney Outback 5th wheel travel trailer. It is priced to sell at $6000 below average NADA value, but this trailer isn't average -- it's amazing! The trailer has been meticulously maintained and is in great condition. Standard equipment on this fifth wheel includes the comfort, designer, and 10th anniversary packages. These include things like vaulted ceilings, upgraded cabinets, upgraded furniture, upgraded window treatments, a power awning, an HD antenna, and the LCD campsite theater (32 inch LCD television with surround sound, speakers in the bedroom, and radio/DVD player/aux input). Upgrades to this trailer include a fireplace, an additional AC unit for the master bedroom, a 19 inch LCD TV in the master bedroom, and awnings for each of the three slide outs. There is a queen bed in the master, a bunk in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our favorite things about this trailer is the outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, two burner stove, and grill. Having two bedrooms with real doors is great, too. And it's comfortable all year long -- two AC units keep you cool in the summer; the fireplace saves you so much money (it's electric and will heat the trailer) and is cozy for the cooler months. Tires are 14 months old and have about 12,000 miles on them. We just returned from a 6 week trip to the Canadian Rockies so we are sure that everything is in good shape. We will miss this trailer, but we are selling to upgrade to a motorhome.
