Awesome 38' toy hauler. Can handle 8 adults or 4 adults and 6-8 kids or 2 adults and 8-10 kids. Has full-sized washer/dryer. Onan 5500 gas generator. Has an internal gas reservoir with gas dispenser nozzle. Outdoor shower attached to water heater. Dual 7.5 lb. propane tanks. The exterior decals are not in great shape and are in the process of being removed. I do have most of the decal replacements and will include them. Easy to re-apply. Lots of custom interior items. Comes with 50amp/50 ft. power cord with adaptors, whole house water filter system, custom storage, king pin tripod stabilizer, custom front canvas skirt with LED underlighting, custom entry stairs for permanent/semi-permanent setups. LED interior lighting. All power slideouts and awning. 40 inch LED TV in living area with amazing surround sound, soundbar, and bluray player. LED TV in master with bluray. Dual electric oversized queen beds in toy haul area. These beds can handle 3-4 kids each. Queen bed above toy haul area as well.
