This 37 1/2' travel trailer is like new and has only been pulled twice. Once to Greys Point for the season and back home. We have used it lightly and lovingly since May. Everything about it works perfectly and there are no leaks. It is very light weight for its size (6600 lbs). My 2000 Ford Expedition pulled it easily. We are only selling begrudgingly because we have decided to stay at Greys Point permanently....and this baby needs to be pulled around. A few things about this trailer and why we chose it. This layout is perfect for families. It has a bunk house that slides out to become quite spacious with a surprising amount of storage and several tv hookups. It has two bunks and seats on the floor that open into beds. The bunks have not been used as our kids are little and sleep on the futon. It has a half bath with access from outside and a full bath that separates the living space from the master bedroom. The dining table is u-shaped for easy in and out. The outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, plenty of prep space, and a cooktop (cook outside instead of heating up the camper). It is an all weather camper with ducted gas heat. It has indoor and outdoor speakers with bluetooth stereo to easily stream your music. The awning is 20 feet long! The axles are spread out for easier, more stable towing. The ac kicks and the heat and hot water are both gas and electric. You don't have to rush through your shower. There's tons of storage and really a lot more!The YouTube link I attached is an identical camper but with different fabric.We are willing to include many extras that are items you must have that cost you at the dealerships like towing equipment, water hose, electrical adapter, 8' x 20' outdoor rug, and more.
