Purchased in October 2015 so warranty still valid. Always stored in covered warehouse. Dry weight is 4700 lbs which is very light for this size trailer. Can easily be towed by half ton truck or large SUV. Added 2nd spare tire mounted on rear bumper for peace of mind on longer trips. Queen bed up front with sliding wood doors for privacy. Double bunk beds in the back and dinette can be converted to bed. It would be tight, but in theory could sleep 8. We have had 6 in it and were comfortable. Lots of storage both on the exterior and interior. Outdoor kitchen with small fridge, 2 burner stove and faucet with hot/cold water.Includes weight distribution hitch (approx $500 value). Well taken care of - wiped down and cleaned after every use (we were surprised how many are not when we visited a consignment place looking for used motorhomes). Estimated 3500 miles on this trailer. 2000 of which a recent trip to Colorado, but mostly camp locally within 2 hours. Title clean and in my possession so no hassles with paying off loans. Trailer located at storage near I10 west and the Beltway.
