This camper was spacious enough for our family of four to stay in comfortably, although it has the capacity to sleep 10! There is a master bedroom, the sofa is a pullout bed, and there is a bunk room that sleeps four! It has central AC and gas heat, gas oven / stove, central sound system, TV hook up, boom antenna (it picks up HD channels), ample lighting (indoor and outdoor), external battery, electric brakes (brake controller not included), refrigerator / freezer, lots of cabinet space, VERY roomy storage underneath the camper, and MORE! If the ad is still posted, it's available! / Why are you selling it? We actually LIVED in this camper while our house was being renovated! It has served its purpose, and I do not currently own a pickup with sufficient towing capacity to take it anywhere. / What's wrong with it? What needs fixed? I've reduced the price as an allowance to address a few minor repairs needed. The awning needs to be replaced. It pulls out and works fine, it's just faded and cracked from the sun.
