It's the 312BH but they upgraded it a bit. Now this unit has a more private bedroom with the entertainment center is now a wall with a larger tv, AM/FM/CD/DVD/player. This unit does have the Diamond pkg which gives you the electric tilt up bed, fantastic fan with a rain sensor, high gloss exterior gel coat, solid surface countertop,power awning with the metal wrap and LED light strip. This unit is by far the #1 when it comes to comfort for a families. Front bedroom , tri fold couch/dinette slide out, kitchen with a nice amount of countertop space and storage. side isle bathroom with an exit, rear bunkhouse with a tri fold couch with bunk above slide, entertainment center with bunk above and a full size exterior kitchen.
