Interior is in immaculate condition and everything on it works perfectly. Has a rear slide out with a queen size bed and another queen size bed in the front. Sofa and dining table can also be converted into beds. Stereo is an AM/FM/CD with remote control. The kitchen features a gas stove, oven and microwave (this is a rare find). Large 6.0 cubic foot gas or electric refrigerator works great. Outside you will find a second gas stove as well as an outdoor shower. Bathroom has toilet, shower and sink with vanity. We have the original bedding which coordinates with window valances and interior trim. Central A/C (ceiling ducts) and heat (floor ducts) will keep you comfortable in any weather and heater will also operate on 12V. 6 gallon gas water heater with electric start and electric water heater. Lightweight trailer with unladen weight of 4660. We have towed it easily with a 98 Expedition. Issues that we are aware of are: Exterior decals have begun to peel. You may want to remove them or have them replaced. It needs to be washed. We had the exterior washed but then it rained. Since we are in a drought, we have opted not to wash it again. It could use a good exterior detail but its still clean enough now for you to see that there are no major cosmetic blemishes beyond the decal situation. The batteries are old and should be replaced. And now for the fine print: This vehicle is still financed by Arrowhead Credit Union. Since we dont have any convenient locations near us and they informed us that it could take up to a couple of months for you to receive the title, we have opted to use a vehicle escrow company to oversee the sale. This will be done at our expense and will protect both the buyer and the seller as they will ensure that the loan is paid off and you get a clear title to the vehicle. Our understanding is that you will be able to take possession of the trailer as soon as your payment clears but you wont have a paper title in your possession until it is released from our bank.
