Brand new gas/electric hot water heater. Brand new custom blinds just need to be installed still in package. I am the second owner , thought I would use the camper more than actually used, total of 3 times in 3 years. I personally did all the work along with my father. New exterior handles and props. New cable hookups. TV. Electric jack and sway bars. Camper will come fully stocked with pots and pans, towels ,linens, silverware, cooking utensils etc if you so choose. The camper has been winterized every year since I have owned it. Camper is 23 feet long and rear slide when extended adds an additional 5 feet. Dinette folds down for storage and table can be carried outside for use also. Sofa folds down for transport and can sleep an extra person. Included also is patio mat and light. Everything is perfect working order. AC is super cold and heat is great for late year adventures.
