This camper is in excellent condition. Stored indoors winters and has less than 1000 towing miles on it. The camper has the "Go-To-Montana Package" which gets you the fancier colored front, high end cabinets and several other features. It has 4 hydraulic slide-outs, 3 TVs and an outdoor kitchenette, with a detachable gas grill. It has the winter package, and all of the many features you would expect on a high end camper including a power awning. Tons of storage, and easy access to all necessities for winterizing and unloading waste tanks. We have added top of the line vent covers on the unit over all openings. It has 2 bathrooms, Sleeps up to 10 (8 adults). The camper is 39.5 feet long and pulls great. We are only selling it as we have bought a cabin and will not need the camper anymore. Reasonable offers will be considered and delivery would be considered for an additional fee.

2 for the price of one!!!!This immaculately maintained unit that is equipped with all the amenities, (4) four slide outs with ample storage in and out 1.5 bathrooms, central air/heat, ceiling fan, (2) 20" LCD T.V. in front and rear bedrooms, (1) 32" LCD T.V. in Living room with built in home theater, microwave and etc. Outdoor camp kitchen with gas grill and refer. Powered awning, powered front and rear jacks, outdoor shower, wired for satellite and cable connections. RV has connections for future add on of washer/dryer and front air conditioner over master bedroom. The unit also includes a remote control to deploy jacks, awning, slides, remote roof vents with fans and etc. The unit includes a full cover and tire covers for winter storage moreover, I am also including a 1993 International Eagle 9400i Tractor (converted to motor home) tow vehicle AT NO CHARGE. The tractor was purchased and modified for the specific purpose of towing this unit. Tractor is equipped with a 12.7 series 60 Detroit Diesel and a Eaton/fuller 10-speed. The tractor is titled/registered as a motor home and does not require a CDL license if registered in Michigan (check local laws outside of Michigan for registration and operator license requirements). Vehicle is mechanically sound, tire condition above 80 percent. good brakes. New batteries and air dryer in 2016, new clutch in 2013 it does not use or leak engine oil or other fluids. Sleeper partially converted to a passenger compartment. Equipped with air ride seats and suspension. Nothing wrong with the unit or the tractor, I was planning to work on the body and interior of the tractor as a personal fixer upper hobby project. Need to sell due to medical bills incurred from poor health therefore, I am selling the RV unit for pay off as of July 2016 with the tractor to go free with the trailer.
