I ordered this unit new from the factory and didn't spare many options. This is a very nicely equipped trailer that you won't find on a dealers lot for this price. Original MSRP was over $100,000. I changed jobs and no longer travel like I used to and I'm looking to buy a house is the only reason for selling. It has a transferable warranty that has 36 mo +/- that covers all major appliances equipment. The tires are original, have always been covered when parked, and still look new.
