2012 Montana 3150RL Fifth Wheel which sleeps 4. One owner, special ordered unit with several upgrades. Unit has three slides which can be operated by utilizing inside control panel or stand outside and extend all slides with the hand held remote. Upgrades include: Hydraulic leveling jack system with controls located behind locked door, Mor-ryde wheel suspension and Mor-ryde hitch, “G” rated tires with 'brand new' “G” rated under-mount spare, Central Vac., 2nd 15,000 BTU Air Conditioner was added, 2nd Rain Sensitive Fantastic Fan was added, Extra large 30" Residential size Microwave, Leather furniture, King bed, and Fireplace. This unit also has clear coat exterior with an Electric Awning. Living Room AC is a 'Quiet Zone' (so no turning up TV when it kicks on). Dark brown leather hide-a-bed Queen size couch with storage below and two matching leather recliners. Bed includes decorative pillows, shams and matching bedspread and 'individually controlled' reading lights and full cedar lined closet. The LR also has 3 speed ceiling fan w/light, surround sound, large pullout storage area for CD's, and desk with chair. Enjoy free standing four chair dinette with under seat storage and swivel table with pull-out leaf extension, three burner gas stove with cover and backsplash plus oven, and large pantry. Double sinks with drain/cutting board covers. Corian kitchen counter tops and Corian sink covers for a completely flat work space plus fold down Corian counter top extension (which is awesome), for even more counter space. All items are in excellent shape. This unit has tons of cabinet storage, been very well maintained, and never smoked in. Unit looks brand new in and out. Unit also has a hitch on back which can be used for bike carrier. Unit only pulled to local parks in the state of Iowa and was just recently located at a full hook up site near Des Moines, Iowa. Just an FYI: If you are a traveler, this floor plan allows access to all kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, dinette, bathroom and bed when all three slides are closed - convenient for a quick meal or overnight stay without opening it all up. (Deck was recently built along side camper, and is not attached, so you can simply tow it away.)
