This fifth wheel has been garage stored for seven years. Has never been on the road. We lived in this trailer for six months while our house was getting built. It is in extremely good condition. Any items we bought for the trailer, go with the trailer, including tripod. Amenities include, but are not limited to, washer dryer combo, front and rear AC units, 50 amp hook up, two propane tank's, and an electric canopy. Sofa has an electric pump for the blowup mattress, and the bedroom has a queen size bed. Two flatscreen TVs, surround sound stereo with inside and outside speakers and mounts. Electric fireplace. Front room has built in workstation.
