The sellers lived in the fifth wheel full time. It appears well cared for and everything works as it should per the sellers. Both awnings are a little dirty and the front awning shows some pinhole wear at the top. There appears to be a crack on the outside of the skylight but does not show from the bottom. The sellers had a cat when they bought it that scratched the bottom left of the living room stairs as shown in the photos. The sofa sleeper to the left has significant wear on the surface of the upholstery. All other upholstery appears to be in good condition. There are a few places where there is surface wear as shown in the photos. The tires are originals and have always had tire covers on them. The sellers estimate less than 2,000 miles are on them. The F250 has wear and tear expected on a 16 year old truck. There is one windshield washer sprayer missing on the right side. Stock #385466 Nice Front Living Avalanche package includes a 2008 F250 diesel and fifth wheel for one price! One price includes a complete package for towing this nice 2019 Avalanche. The included 2008 F250 6.4L Powerstroke has about 245,000 miles. If you are interested in only the fifth wheel, the asking price for it is $61,125. The hard to find Front Living Avalanche 382FL has been home to the sellers since they purchased it new. The front living space has two sofa sleepers and a double recliner facing a large fireplace and TV that conceals inside the cabinet to reveal the large, front panoramic window. Plenty of storage surrounds the entertainment center. The kitchen and dining area has a ceiling fan to keep the air moving, a very large pantry, coffee station, stove/oven, microwave, and a large four door RV fridge. The dining table with chairs is next to the entrance. Four of the five slide outs expand the living room and kitchen. Climb a few stairs to the rear bedroom and enjoy the King bed, great closet and dresser space, room for a washer and dryer and spacious bathroom with two sinks. The F250 looks great, no dents or body damage, some expected scratches and carpet stains, and runs great per the sellers. It can be included in a package offer but cannot be sold separately from the Avalanche unless the fifth wheel sells without it. Reason for selling is health.
