Very motivated sellers!! 2003 Keystone Laredo 29BH Excellent condition with MANY upgrades! Read below!Specs: Length: 31 foot, Height: 11.8, Dry wt: 7,500, Carry Capacity: 3,000GVWR 10,500, Fresh water tank: 45, 2 Gray water tanks: 72, Black Tank: 40, Power front jacks. Front room with full bed and new mattress that has always had a cover on it. Back room with triple bunk beds (twin). Upgrades: New roof and water damage repair: installed 11/24/2015, New tires (including spare on the back) replaced with Goodyear tires on 8/1/2015 and dated for 3913 (replace q 5-7 years so will be due for replacement 2018-2020), New microwave and residential refrigerator installed: 11/24/2015, New battery and converter installed: 11/24/2015, New water pump installed: 4/26/2016, New carpet on slide: 11/25/2015, Carpet in master bedroom professionally cleaned 3/1/2016, The camper walls have also been painted and the cabinets painted white and wainscoting added. There are many other small upgrades such as: magnetic knife holder, spice racks, faucet upgrades, coat and towel racks installed, maxx air vent covers installed, light bulbs replaced with LED bulbs, sofa replaced with futon, new shower head, etc. The carpet in main room and bunk room has been replaced with wood flooring. This 2013 Keystone Super Lite Laredo (301RL) is a rare find! It has been well taken care of and in excellent condition. This trailer comes with the Glacier Package. It means it is insulated and heated for cold weather camping. The awning is fully automatic and it has a power trailer hitch as well. We are also including the Blue Ox sway bar, which is a $650.00 value. A 1/2 ton vehicle can pull this trailer.
