This one-owner fifth wheel is in excellent condition. At just under 30’ long and with one 8’ slide, it offers plenty of elbow room, yet will fit anywhere from state and national parks to full-service RV resorts. This floor plan allows full access to kitchen, bath and bed even when the slide is in. Features include power awning, 2 swivel rockers, comfy air-bed in fold-out couch, table and 4 chairs, factory-installed air conditioner and furnace, 3-way fridge and freezer, roomy shower, separate toilet room, and ample storage . Standard mattress replaced with residential queen Serta pillow top. The powered slide-out tray with bike rack at the rear allows extra storage for bikes as well as firewood or whatever else you’d like to take along. Includes rear ladder, spare tire with cover, outside shower, and enclosed underbelly. Some of the exterior decals are faded/cracked and there is a small dent on rear of slide. New Goodyear tires installed in 2015. Roof caulking professionally resealed last fall.
