Priced to sell!!! My new Toy Hauler is in and this one needs to go! 2009 Keystone Fuzion 393 with a 12'6" garage area!! 3 weeks ago I had gone under a low branch that took out my HD TV antenna along with putting two 2' long tears in the roof next to that area. I have had that completely patched and it does not leak!!!! I have it priced currently "as-is", but I have a new complete roof scheduled to be installed in the middle of September. If you would want to purchase it with a new roof installed the price would be $28995.I have owned this trailer for 3 1/2 years, and was like new when I got it. Unfortunately the graphics have started to peel off as you can see in the pictures. Those could be removed and buff and wax and it would look like new again.I added the satellite dish which is currently paired to a DirecTV receiver(not included). All 6 tires were replaced last summer, after a blow out of the middle tire on the drivers side. Unfortunately it did take the fender off when that happened.The Fuzion 393 is clean on the inside and has room to sleep up to 10!! There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, along with another Queen bed in the loft area. 2010 Fuzion Touring Edition II. This high end Fusion was a limited edition run that included several upgrades such as special graphics, power ramp door, central vac, dual A/C, power stabilizers, garage area fans, retractable extension cord, air compressor, solid surface counters and table, happijac electric bunks that converts to a picnic table, 7k lb axles with Trailair equalizers, individual slide room control and rear ramp patio. Sleeps 8 adults on 4 queen size beds (also has queen air bed for sofa, but not very practical). It also has a 4 door 12 cu ft fridge, 5500 watt built in generator, 3 flat screen TV's and Sony stereo with subwoofer, garage and outside speakers. The garage is 14' long with 2 in floor storage compartments. The 2 power awnings each have led lights. Trailer is in excellent condition, regularly washed and waxed. Holds 130 gallons of fresh water plus a 12 gallon hot water heater means long hot showers. Separate generator and fuelling station gas tanks. Also includes cover and spare tire with matching aluminum wheel. The kids are gone and we're moving from the toy hauler back to a regular fifth wheel.
