New Page 2 DESCRIPTION: You are bidding on a 2007 34' 304B Keystone Everest 5th Wheel 3 Slide Trailer. This trailer is in great condition, there are only 20 hours on the Onan LP Generator. This was primarily used as a occasional living space for an out of state business man. So it was plugged in to power most of the time and has very few road miles on it. The interior is in good condition. Includes Central Vac, Washer/Dryer Combo. The layout is a master bedroom with a shower, separate toilet room, and washer dryer combo in the master bedroom closet. Dining area with Corian counter space, Television, range/oven, microwave, LP/Electric Refrigerator/Freezer, pantry space. Rear slide features bunk beds and an entertainment center which doesn't have a TV currently hooked up. Dual Air Conditioners for the trailer. All of the lights function, climate control functions, slides all go in and out as they should. Exterior, the striping does show some sun fade, and one of the wheel flares is damaged ($150 part) The tires are in great condition and have been protected so there is not any cracking on the side walls. Overall this is great trailer. Very road worthy, we moved it over 200 miles when we picked it up and it hauled perfectly.
