This trailer has been meticulously maintained and is exceptionally clean. I am the original owner and it has always been serviced at the dealership I bought it. The trailer has one main full slide in the living room and a smaller half wardrobe slide in rear bunk room. It has 15,000 BTU ducted a/c, power tongue jack, 19' power awning, two 30lbs propane tanks, and outside kitchen with BBQ that has never been used. It has front and rear holding tanks with a combined capacity of 60 gallons gray, and 30 gallons black. There is an exterior black tank flush and the underbelly is fully enclosed for cold weather.

2011 Keystone Cougar Xlite 31SQB, 2011 Keystone Cougar 31SQB bunkhouse travel trailer. 35' overall length. Original owner never seen pets or been smoked in. Excellent condition and the perfect family layout. The bunk room accommodates 5 comfortablely. Air mattress pull out couch and queen master bedroom. Kitchen table also can sleep 2. Always meticulously maintained and covered in the winter (cover included). We have used it 4-5 times per year and cleaned before and after each use.
