2010 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton , Original owner, purchased from Bretz RV in Missoula, MT. Non-smoking RV in excellent condition. Used on average 2-4 times/year. This RV has a rear kitchen with large rear window. Rear kitchen creates a large living/dining/kitchen space. Large dining/living single slide. Sleeps 6; however, only my wife and I have used the RV. Day/Night shades throughout. 32" Flat Panel TV. Radio/CD/DVD player. We recently purchased a black leatherette recliner ($400 value) to replace standard swivel/rocker that came with unit. Electric awning. Rear bumper slides out for additional cargo (e.g. bikes, scooter, etc.). This RV is equipped with a Polar Package for cold-weather use. RV is a 1/2 Ton Series (can be towed with 1/2 ton pickup) and is 29 in length. RV is currently equipped with many essential RV camping items which may be negotiated for in purchase price if desired. Model 24RKSWE also features a single slide to increase the interior space, besides offering dual entry doors for convenience.Step inside the rear most entrance and find yourself in the kitchen where you can easily prepare and cook all of your family's favorite meals. There is a refrigerator to the immediate left of the door, plus a three burner range, counter space, and a double kitchen sink for ease in cleaning up. You will also find ample overhead storage, plus lower cupboards and drawers for your things.To the right of that same rear entry door you will find a booth dinette with overhead storage. There is also a handy TV shelf with cable hook-ups for an optional 32" TV if you choose. Opposite the dinette is where the slide out sofa can be found creating a nice conversation area across from one another. The sofa also features overhead storage. You can choose an optional air mattress sofa for added comfort when using it as additional sleeping space for extra family or guests.Heading toward the front of this unit find a large wardrobe on the left followed by a single vanity sink. On the opposite side there is a private toilet and shower area with a corner neo-angle shower unit, linen cabinets, and toilet. As you move to the front bedroom notice the private entry to the outdoors. There are overhead cabinets for storage, plus a counter extension that can be flipped-up into place when needed.The road side large slide offers added space in the living and dining area. The slide features a sofa with overhead storage, and a u-shaped dinette. Both provides plenty of seating during mealtime and more, plus each can be made into more sleeping space when needed at night.Heading to the front of the unit you will find a wardrobe with TV mount above. You can choose to add an optional TV if you like.
