2006 Keystone Cougar 309EFS, For sale by owner, a 2006 35 ft. Keystone Cougar 5th wheel RV. This RV was upgraded last year and now has a modern feel with vinyl wood flooring, painted cabinets, and a silver backsplash in the kitchen. It also has a second air conditioning unit that was installed on separate electrical wiring. The RV has been well taken care of and has seen very little miles. It has been in Arizona most of it's life which means there is some fading of the decals, but it has seen little rain thus no moisture-related problems. Brand new water heater was installed last year.
