This is an excellent RV that's coming fully loaded from a family that has loved it since we bought it new. We were full-timers for over a year and now it's time to pass the fun along to someone else. This trailer is 34' long, sleeps up to 10 people (though it will be tight, of course), 2 bed / 2 bath (second bed includes a "cub couch" that folds to a sleeping area as well as a fold-up bunk that can support up to 350 pounds), has three (3) slide-outs (bedroom closet, living room, second bedroom), two 40-gallon black tanks, a gray tank, and a galley, a 60-gallon fresh water tank, TV/CD/DVD/AM/FM surround-sound entertainment system, electric awning over the main entrance, a back door off the second bathroom, hydraulic leveling system, internal and external speakers, antennae with signal booster, LP furnace, water boiler, and stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, enclosed shower, dual battery, air conditioner, and bike rack with spare tire on the rear.We also installed two (2) solar panels on the roof, greatly extending the battery life providing 12-volt electricity to the unit (does not make TV or outlets work), and recharging the batteries without a power hook-up. The panels greatly increase the ability to use the fifth wheel for long distance travel and "boondocking" in spots with no hookups! We will include a small inverter that we used to make the TV work without being hooked up to power - solar powered TV! (Just needs an extension cord.)The unit is covered by an extended warranty that will last until 2022 and is fully transferable to the new owner! An amazing value that should ease fears about defective equipment after the sale. And finally, INCLUDED IN THE SALES PRICE, we are selling a lot of ancillary equipment with it: a 50-amp power cable with 30-amp and 15-amp adapters (so you can plug in the unit to a standard wall plug if necessary!); four (4) slide-out supports (two spring release and two jack-style); a tongue support for the hitch; 125' of drinking-water-safe hoses (5 lengths of 25' each); and 3/4 bottle rubber roof UV treatment and 1/2 bottle rubber roof cleaner. If you really want them, I can include the sewage hoses too. I have 40' or so of hose (5 interlocking sections of 10' each) and a Y-adapter so both black tanks can be connected to a sewer hook-up at the same time. The tires have good tread, roof seals are in good condition, all appliances and moving parts are operational at this time, and we just had the interior detailed by an RV service business. There is some minor cosmetic damage: a small hole in the battery compartment cover (did not puncture through the door) and one of the endcap covers of the awning (does not affect awning function). Also the "cub couch" in the second bedroom (which folds out to a sleeping area) bears evidence that a 3-5 year old lived in that room for awhile. It got used as a drawing pad a few times.additional photos at: :// /rvs/5766156525.html
