The trailer is still in PERFECT Condition.*******************************************************************Description:2016 Keystone Cougar 24SABThe rear kitchen is what makes this Keystone Cougar 1/2 ton travel trailer unique. This unit also offers a single slide out for added space, and a second entry door in the front master bedroom.When you step inside, through the rear most entry door, you will notice the kitchen area across the rear wall featuring a refrigerator to your immediate left, a three burner range for cooking, and an angled double sink, plus counter space that moves around to the side opposite the door.Next, a slide out sofa and plenty of linen storage. The added slide out makes this trailer feel extremely large inside with plenty of room to entertain friends while camping.To the right of the main entry door you find a booth style dinette for mealtimes, and a small storage cabinet with flat screen TV mounted on a swivel bracket.The bathroom features a angled shower with hard doors, toilet, and sink, plus a second entry door that leads into the front master suite.The front bedroom can also be accessed from a hall doorway as well. This is a great LITTLE 5th wheel made by the best brand in trailers, Keystone-It is half ton towable and has the Polar Package. 6040lbs dry and GVWR of 10,040.I own a small, indoor, internet only, by appointment only licensed and bonded dealership in beautiful Yorba Linda, CA. Not a factory, we strive to have the nicest, pre-owned coaches on the market by putting lots of time and money in them before putting them on the market for sale. I make motorhomes how I would want to buy them. I buy and sell every one of my coaches, so you only deal with me (the owner) until you buy and then you have the option of getting a walk through with the tech who went through all the systems. This is not a BIG DEALER experience with 10 people you have to deal with. It is a FAMILY business that puts quality over quantity.
