Auto accident forces sale - need to part with the trailer to replace our family vehicle! Not sure why the pictures are so small, unable to change them....more pictures available full size. Please contact me if you'd like to see them Keystone Cougar 245, 26' fifth wheel trailer in excellent used condition. Less than 6000 miles since new! 1/2 ton towable, approx. 6100# dry weight Interior is immaculate - non smokers / no pets Sleeps 6 Front Queen bed Bathroom w/ tub & shower Center living room with slide out dining area w/ awning Rear Galley w/ microwave, oven, 3 burner stove, double door refrigerator(bottom)/freezer(top) and filtered drinking water Laundry chute 20" flat screen tv, am/fm radio, DVD player Satellite dish w/ digital elevation meter 1000 watt inverter Ducted A/C & Heat Day/Night shades Front electric leveling jacks, manual rear stabilizer jacks 45gal fresh water, 60gal grey water, 50gal black water tanks with SeeLevel2 gauges in Galley Tons of storage Extended king pin box, tow with long beds, short beds, 1/2 tons, etc. Hitch included. Please have a hitch installed prior to pick up - I don't have the area or ability to install a hitch on location Exterior is all fiberglass and is in pretty good shape, but the following does need to be mentioned; About the first 3 feet of the main awning is starting to delaminate - pretty common with exposure to the elements Rear ladder is slightly bent from some fine outstanding person that backed into it while it was in storage Fender skirts have minor distortion/rippling Front right corner of the nose was struck by a falling branch and incurred a small amount of damage - it was patched, doesn't leak but the color of the patch is a little off and the surrounding area shows some hairline cracks Please see pictures for more details, please feel free to ask any question prior to bidding Deposit is non-refundable.
