Purchased new in July 2012. Original owner. Camped 3-4 times per year. Beautiful trailer and we are simply downsizing. Great space with 2 slides and 29 feet of living space. Superslideout bunks in back provide for great entertainment space for kids and their friends not to mention huge extra storage space! Four beds in bunkhouse plus one of the beds doubles as a sofa. Kitchen/dining has 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave above, fridge, double sink with regular large faucet, small drink faucet, and soap dispenser, dining table for 4 that converts to double bed. Living area with scissor sofa for another bed and tv with attached DVD player, CD player, and radio. Entertainment center is audio connected to internal and external stereo speakers. Queen size bed and twin storage cabinets on both sides and storage overhead. Also storage under bed, built in internal vaccuum system and laundry door. Outdoor features include: thermal polar package enclosure underneath, aluminum framing, fiberglass exterior,shower fixtures, power awning, speakers, water hookups, gas tank hookups, outdoor grill hookup, grey and black waste pipes, spair tire, electrical cord, premium aluminum wheels, etc. 5600 pound dry weight makes it 1/2 ton towable. I've been towing with 1/2 ton with no problems. Non-smokers! Bathroon rarely used, shower never used...dad's rules! Roof is in excellant shape and caulked again before winter storage. 41 gallon fresh water, 30 gallon waste (black), 30 gallon grey. Overall length 33'-8", height 10'-5".
