Just 5,207lbs, WOW!! ONE OWNER. This ULTRA LIGHT trailer with TONS of STORAGE SPACE has 4 BUNK beds with custom made railing and a 300lb rating, best in industry. We have taken care of this travel trailer, but our looking to vacation in other ways. The unit has one slide out. We currently pull it with a 1/2 ton engine Yukon XL. Its many UPGRADES include a Fantastic Fan we had a dealer install, a grill which mounts to the outside, a Toy Lock to keep your bikes secure, a Vacuum Cleaner with all accessories, electric brakes, electric awning and an outdoor shower. The fact that the dinette section does not have a backing when you walk in allows you to sit down to put on and take off your shoes, trust me this is a big deal. The TV swivels so watching TV can be done from the Kitchen or the Queen bed. I have included pictures. The entry side has a crack in the tire fender which can be replaced for around $230. The same side has a small scratch, about a foot in size, in the fiberglass. There was a leak that was discovered and fixed right away, however, it caused a little bit of bubbling inside occurred. This is the inevitable with every camper. It is just a matter of time. It has a walk around front queen bed with underneath storage, the entertainment center is located in the middle of the RV which means everyone can see the TV, plus it swivels around so you can watch it in from the master bedroom! On the off door side it has a super slide that has a jack knife sleeper sofa and a full galley with a (3) burner stove top, an oven, a microwave oven with an exhaust hood and a double door refer. It has a ducted roof A/C, solid oak raised panel cabinets, an AM/FM/CD/DVD player and will sleep up to (10) people! Across from the slide out, it has a large U-shaped dinette that also converts into a bed for extra sleeping room. Towards the rear, it has a side bathroom with a tub/shower combo with a tub surround, a foot flush toilet and a sink with vanity and medicine cabinet. In the rear of the coach is (4) bunk beds. Again, it's a very clean travel trailer!! The outside is nice too. It has the aluminum framed construction with fiberglass exterior. It does have the Thermal package which is a covered underbelly and heat forced tanks. It has a 15' A&E power awning, the "Wide Trax" suspension, 14" aluminum wheels and the tires. It has rear storage under the bunk bed area, cable TV hook ups, a spare tire with carrier and cover, it has exterior speakers, a front pass through storage compartment, (2) 20lb LP tanks with a cover, (4) stab jacks, a front diamond plated rock guard, an exterior shower, 30 amp service and a (6) gallon gas/electric DSI hot water heater. Needs new battery, not included.
