There are two comfortable Leather reclining chairs, and an ottoman that has a top that flips over for drinks.  There is a beautiful Entertainment wall with Large Screen T.V and surround sound , DVD,CD player.  Underneath there is a remote control fireplace that adds a nice ambience at night.  Also, the ceiling height is tall enough to accommodate a fan.  When both slides are out in the Living room/ Kithchen, it's nicer than a lot of apartments. There is a cental vacuum and a microwave oven for added convenience. There are two air conditioners roof mounted, one in Bedroom and one in Living area.   Plenty of additional storage space throughout the unit, and miscelaneous bought items that can be included with purchase.  (extra long power cord/adaptors, storage bins, outdoor carpet and chairs, etc.)  Outside Decals and Finish are Brilliant, because of always being stored inside! The unit is very easy to pull, and has an automatic Hydraulic Jack system that makes set up a Breeze.
