This is a very different Toy Hauler because it has a half garage that allows you haul around a toy but not give up more then 12ft of the end of the RV. Its really nice not having to worry about taking your bike out just to use the beds in the garage. Next to the garage you have a small office area, cabinets, and a wet bar. Above the garage you still get a loft that kids love sleeping in. My Fifth Wheel is in great shape. Its has been kept clean and I have replaced the tile floor and made small upgrades throughout. Able to sleep many people comfortably and very spacious. This is a great model due to the fact that it is much lighter than most other Raptors. It is around 11,800 lbs dry and is able to be towed without a dually. Interior: Large Master bedroom with double slider closet, stand up glassed in shower with skylight and toilet. Plenty of drawer space. Two ACs keep it cool even in 100 degree heat. Living area is very spacious with new tiled floors. And the rear is an almost a second bedroom with its own sink. In the garage there is room to keep a few toys ( I kept mountain bikes and dirt bikes). Exterior: Powerful Onan Marquis Gold generator 5K, Large Pass through storage in the front, outdoor shower, satellite/cable inputs, and very large storage tanks. Ten gallon hot water heater has never run out of hot water on us.
