This 2012 Alpine 3555RL will not disappoint in terms of condition. The seller just replaced both RAMS in the two slides and has had the roof resealed (2-23) that comes with a 5-year warranty. The tires were purchased in 2019 and have just 100 miles on them. The seller is having the front upper section outside redone due to some fading and pealing. The awning needs some readjusting. This 5th wheel is in very good and clean condition. Non-smoking. The unit has a heat pump/air conditioner as well as a LP gas furnace. The hot water heater is gas/electric. The unit has 3 slides and a large basement, extra storage in the office/entertainment slide, a queen sized bed, two euro recliners, oak table and chairs, stove w/oven, microwave, ceiling fan, slideout and window awnings, 50amp service, 17' main awning, unit stabilizers underneath, 2 30# propane tanks, rain sensor vent fan in the living room, enclosed glass door shower. There are no TV's included but there are setups for flatscreens. There is also a stereo unit in the living room as well as a sleeper sofa. The model is a front bedroom, rear living room design. The kitchen contains a refridgerator/freezer and there are plenty of cabinets for storage. The office/entertainment slide contains storage cabinets, slide out shelf for a computer as well as the TV panel door and the stereo. There is room under the TV setup for a DVD player and a satellite TV receiver. There are storage cabinets around the top of the living room and kitchen table area as well as in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a 6 drawer dresser and under bed storage and full mirrored full width closet. There is access to the front basement under the stairs leading up to the bedroom.
