It is convex-shaped, making the vertical space seem much larger, which is great if you spend a long time indoors. The kitchen island becomes a focal point of the living area and has a light directly above and a skylight. This gives great lighting, electric and natural. The galley is fully equipped with a deep stainless sink, microwave oven, stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer running off electric or propane. There is drawer storage as well as a large pantry.
