Overall, this Cougar is in wonderful conditioin. There is slight damage on slide out that is being worked on now. There is a small scratch on the front top of duratane treatment. One minor scuff and pinholes. The tires are upgraded from the stock tire to a Goodyear Endurance load range E tire and included in this sale are two brand new spare tires
